DVDs & PORT FAIRY FOLK FESTIVAL!
Tom would like to say a huge thanks to everyone who came out to support the live recording of his live solo DVD, at Warrnambool's Anderson Theatre. Another exciting development, set for release later in 2013!
This weekend Tom will be recording another DVD with the full band at the Port Fairy Folk Festival. For those heading along, the recording will be happening on Sunday March 10th at 7:45pm in the Folk Circus Stage. Come along and be part of the Project's recorded history!
You may see a familiar face on the back of the PFFF official program, thanks to Maton guitars....

HAPPY NEW YEAR!After a HUGE 2012, touring 14 different countries and making many new friends and fans, Tom returns to Australia in 2013...at least until April! Already 2013 looks to be another big year with festivals performances scheduled (both solo & with the full band) at Thredbo Blues Festival (NSW), Australian Blues Music Festival NSW) , Melbourne's Feskyval (VIC), Port Fairy Folk Festival VIC) and Blues On Broadbeach (QLD). Trips are also planned for Canada, USA, Europe and Fiji. Thanking you all for your support through 2012, and wishing you all a super and successful 2013!! May it be the best year yet!

TOM TO TOUR EUROPE SOLO IN AUGUST & SEPTEMBER!
Tom has just secured a three week tour throughout Germany, Belgium, France and the Netherlands throughout the months of August and September. He will be taking is solo 'Blues & Loops' show to Europe for the first time and is excited to spread his sounds to an international audience. CANADA TOUR DATES RELEASED!
June, July and August are set to be exciting months in the Tom Richardson camp, as he embarks on a four month overseas tour. Kicking off in Canada, Tom will play shows in AB, BC and ON both solo and with his good mate, Benny Walker, who he has shared the road with over the past 12 months. TOM ANNOUNCED AMONGST MUSIC OZ FINALISTS!
We are stoked to share the news that Tom has been announced as a finalist in the Singer/Songwriter category, and the Tom Richarson project are in the running in the Blues & Roots category at the 2012 Musiz Oz Awards! Many of our friends were also announced and we are excited to be amongst such great artists. Cross your fingers for us, the awards are announced in Sydney on May 25th!

TOM RICHARDSON AND JONNO ZILBER SOLO TOUR!
In 2008, Tom Richardson and Jonno Zilber spent nine weeks in the same car, touring around Australia as part of the 'Young Guns of Blues' showcase. It's taken the pair four years to recover from that experience... but in May/June, Tom and Jonno will again be hitting the road for a string of East Coast tour dates!

TOM HAS LOST HIS LOCKS FOR CHARITY!
Tom would like to extend his thanks to everyone who helped him raise over AU$6000 for the Movember and Peter's Project charities. He lost six-years-worth of dreadlocks in front of a capacity crowd at his hometown venue, The Loft. To check out his new do, head along to the Tom Richardson Facebook page.

BIG FAT SCARY HAIRY NEWS....
We've been holding off on some HUGE news but just can't hold it in any longer!
Tom is using his run of shows through spring to raise awareness for his fundraising campaign, which will climax in him shaving off his trademark head of locks! Looking to raise over AU$5000, all money raised goes towards supporting the Peter's Project and Movember, organisitions raising awareness for cancer research, and also depression amongst men. While Tom has become attached to his impressive family of dreadlocks over the past six years, he is willing to lose the locks for a good cause. When asked about the reason for the shave, Tom jokes “I don’t have enough testosterone to grow enough facial hair to pull of ‘Movember’ so this is the next best thing!” For more information or to donate to the campaign, visit www.mobro.co/tomrichardson.
